About Kathryn

My journey into coaching really started from my own struggles. For years, I battled feelings of not being enough, constantly anxious, and feeling like I had to be everything to everyone. Even though I was in leadership roles and helping others, I often felt empty and disconnected from who I really was in Christ.

There was a turning point when I realized I didn’t have to live weighed down by fear, perfectionism, or self-doubt. It was like a light bulb moment when I started diving deeper into God’s Word and making the choice to renew my mind daily. I learned to take those negative thoughts captive and replace them with God’s truth. And let me tell you—it was life-changing! I finally broke free from the lies that had been holding me back for so long.

That transformation sparked a fire in me to help other Christian women leaders who are going through the same thing. I get it—being in a leadership position doesn’t mean you’re immune to inner struggles. My heart is all about coming alongside these women, helping them rediscover their true identity, bust through those limiting beliefs, and step boldly into what God’s calling them to do.

In my coaching, I work one-on-one with women, meeting them where they’re at. It’s not about one-size-fits-all advice—it’s about personalized support rooted in biblical truth and practical steps. I’m here to help women not just get by, but truly thrive. I believe in the power of renewing our minds and the freedom that comes from it. Watching women break free from fear, find clarity, and step into their God-given purpose is what fuels me.

At the end of the day, my mission is simple: to empower women to break free, live confidently, lead boldly, and truly live limitless in Christ. 

Whether it’s overcoming fear, finding their calling, or just learning to rest in God’s love, I’m here for it all—and I’m here for you.
